On behalf of our client, an international hotel in Hong Kong, we are looking for a Director of Housekeeping

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall daily operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry department
  • Requires to create standard operating procedures for operations, keeping in line with the hotel’s service standards
  • Handles all employee matters, including hiring and training
  • Plans the work for the housekeeping department and distributes assignments accordingly.
  • Handles budgeting and control on expenses and to oversee inventory checks.

Your requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in the hotels operations, preferably in a 5* international hotel
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Ability to supervise a large and diversify workforce
  • Team player with initiative and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
